Welcome to Amy Sims Designs
Hi! My name is Amy, and I am a lampwork glass bead artist. I also design and create sterling silver jewelry. All of the glass beads and finished jewelry you see on this web site are made by me in my home studio.
I specialize in large hole beads that are compatible with all of the popular European bracelets like Pandora, Troll, Biagi and Chamilia. You will also find hand woven Byzantine chain and other sterling silver wire jewelry incorporating my lampwork beads.
On the left you will see the categories of beads, jewelry and gifts that are currently available for purchase. Above in the black navigation bar, you will find information about me, the beads and jewelry, my calendar, and my Blog, which I will keep updated with what is new.

Under Large Hole Beads you will find single beads available for purchase as well as sets. All of these beads have holes large enough to fit all of the European bracelets. You have the choice of purchasing them with or without solid sterling silver cores. If you see the words "Made to Order" in the description, that means that once you place your order I will make those beads specifically for you! (for this reason the availability on most MTO (made-to-order beads is 3-5 days).
The Designer Beads category has beads with small holes for the jewelry designer. You will also find beads that will fit my interchangeable pendants, found in the Extras catagory.
The Jewelry category holds finished jewelry, including my hand woven Byzantine chains and name bracelets.
The Extras category contains large hole sterling silver beads, chains and other accessories.
The Gallery (found in the top horizontal navigation bar) contains pieces that have already been sold, but if you see something you like let me know-I may be able to make something similar. I welcome custom orders so if there is something that you have in mind that you don't see here, please ask. Thanks for stopping by!
