What does "Made to Order" Mean?

If you see "made to order" in the description, that means that the picture you see is representative of the beads or jewelry that will be made for you once you place your order. Each bead or piece of jewelry is hand made, so please know that there will be slight variances in size and details. Custom orders usually take an additional 3-5 days unless otherwise stated.

What is a BeadKeeper?

A BeadKeeper is a rubber-covered memory wire with a clasp that allows you to keep your beads together and organized so that they don't end up loose in your jewelry box. They look like small bracelets but they are not made for wearing, just organizing. All of the large hole bead sets come with a free BeadKeeper.

Do you make the silver beads and spacers?

Many of the beads and spacers I carry are hand made, just not by me! Most come from Bali, and some are cast. I carry these so that you are able to put together a complete interchangeable bracelet.

What are Gallery Hours?

If you live in the Cincinnati area you may come shop at my home gallery during my Gallery Hours. I try to have them twice a week and I try to cover morning, a lunchtime, and early evening time. Do you have a return policy?

Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not pleased with anything for any reason, you have seven days to contact me for a replacement, or return for a full refund. As soon as I receive the item(s), in original packaging and condition, I will send the replacement at no additional charge, or issue your refund minus shipping. Custom Orders may be returned for store credit.
